A month after the most restrictive anti-abortion bill yet going into effect in Texas (which bans abortions after six weeks, before many women know they have conceived – with no exceptions for rape or incest), abortion rights activists gathered at more than 600 marches across the US on October 2, 2021, in what came to be known as the “Rally for Abortion Justice”.
