Saswat Pattanayak is an independent journalist based in New York. He holds a PhD in Journalism Studies from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism, University of Maryland. His research interests focus on the changing discourse of public communication, with emphasis on political journalism across traditional media and the blogosphere.
